About the service
PeakClips monitors your Twitch channel after every stream, automatically identifies your best clips, reformats them to vertical video, writes captions, and publishes them to your social platforms on a daily schedule. You stream. We handle everything else.
Almost nothing. You connect your Twitch channel during onboarding, set your posting preferences, and we take it from there. After every stream we check your channel, score your clips, and either post them automatically or queue them for your review. You connect each social platform from your settings when you're ready — one at a time, at your own pace.
Not if you're on the right plan. On Partner, Voice Clone trains on your own posts and writing style so captions sound like you wrote them — your vocabulary, your humour, your references. On Streamer and Affiliate, AI captions are written in a clean, natural tone that reads like a person. The clips themselves are real moments your viewers created from your actual stream.
Never. Your pipeline only monitors your Twitch channel. We don't scrape other channels, we don't mix content, and we don't compile clips from multiple streamers. Every post that goes out is from your stream, your moments, your clips.
The opposite. Short-form clips on TikTok and Instagram act as discovery content — viewers find your highlights, get hooked on you as a streamer, and follow the trail back to Twitch. Many streamers report their Twitch follows and concurrent viewership increasing after consistent short-form posting. Your clips are already out there; we just make sure they reach every platform.
Nothing happens. If your channel produced no new clips since the last scrape, the pipeline finds nothing to queue. No posts go out for that day. Your cadence naturally reflects how often you stream — there's no pressure to post on days you don't go live.
Content & clips
Every clip goes through a scoring engine that looks at view count, how many viewers clipped the same moment, duration, recency, and whether Twitch featured it. Duplicate scenes — multiple clips of the same moment — are detected and collapsed to the best one. Clips below our quality threshold are discarded. You only see the ones worth posting.
We detect duplicate scenes automatically. If several clips were created within about 15 seconds of the same point in your stream, we keep the one with the highest view count and discard the rest. You never get the same moment posted twice.
We cap your daily queue at a manageable number — 3 clips by default, up to 5. After scoring, we take the top clips for the day and queue strong overflow for the following day. Lower-scoring clips are discarded after 48 hours. Even if you have a massive stream, your feed stays clean and well-paced.
Enable manual approval mode — available on every plan. Clips queue for your review before anything goes live. You approve or skip from a simple mobile interface. Nothing posts without your sign-off. If you'd rather not think about it at all, auto-publish handles everything hands-free.
The primary scrape fires when your stream ends. A second scrape runs about 3 hours later to catch any clips that were created late in your session. From there, clips are scored, formatted, and queued — typically within an hour of the second scrape completing.
Posting & scheduling
The default is 1 post per day per platform — the research-backed sweet spot that maximises algorithm reach without causing audience fatigue or content cannibalization. You can increase this up to 3 posts per day on the Streamer plan, or 5 on Partner. We never exceed your configured cap.
Not always. Research across millions of posts shows that posting more than 2 times per day on Instagram actively hurts the reach of your previous posts. On TikTok, more than 4 posts per day causes the algorithm to "cannibalize" your own content — your videos compete with each other. We post at the frequency that maximises your cumulative reach, not just your volume.
Yes. During onboarding you choose a preferred posting window. We schedule within that window based on platform-specific peak engagement data for your timezone. We don't guarantee an exact time, but you'll always be posting within your preferred window.
No. When you approve multiple clips, our system automatically staggers them across your available posting windows — with a minimum gap between posts on the same platform. They go out gradually over the coming days, not all at once. This protects your reach on every platform.
Platforms
We support TikTok, Instagram Reels, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, and Bluesky. The Streamer plan includes TikTok, Instagram, and X. YouTube Shorts unlocks on Affiliate. All nine platforms are available on Partner.
YouTube Shorts has the highest long-term discoverability of any short-form platform — channels posting consistently see substantially more views and subscriber growth than those posting sporadically. It's genuinely the most powerful platform for channel growth, which is why we position it as a meaningful upgrade worth paying for.
Never. We use OAuth — you connect your accounts through each platform's official authorisation flow, and the platform grants us permission to post on your behalf. We never see or store your passwords. You can revoke access at any time directly from each platform's own settings.
Not yet in the standard plans. Each PeakClips account is tied to one Twitch channel. Multi-channel support is planned for a future Agency tier, designed for operators managing content for multiple streamers.
Voice Clone captions
Voice Clone is a Partner plan feature that trains a writing style model on your own posts, interviews, stream titles, and any other written content you provide. Instead of generic AI captions, your posts get captions that sound like you wrote them — your vocabulary, your humour, your references. It's style cloning, not audio cloning.
We recommend a minimum of 30 samples — tweets, Instagram captions, stream titles, anything you've written. You can build a profile with as few as 10 samples at lower confidence and improve it over time. More samples means better style fidelity.
No AI-generated caption is perfect every time. On manual approval mode, you review captions before they go live and can edit anything that doesn't sound right. Voice Clone improves over time as the model learns more from your writing. Think of it as a starting point that gets sharper the longer you use it.
Yes. The voice profile system is version-controlled and designed to auto-update. Once you have 30+ samples in the system, the pipeline can re-run voice extraction and build a new versioned profile. Your old profile is archived rather than deleted, so the history is preserved.
Pricing & trial
Your 7-day trial includes the full Streamer plan — TikTok, Instagram, and X publishing, clip scoring, AI captions, and manual or auto approval. A card is required to start, but nothing is charged until day 8. We email you 24 hours before that charge lands. Cancel any time before day 8 and you pay nothing. Any clips that were queued during your trial are held, not deleted — they publish the moment you activate a plan.
No contracts, no commitments. Monthly billing, cancel any time from your account settings in under 10 seconds. No phone call, no cancellation form, no retention flow. It's just a button.
Yes. During onboarding you can choose to activate a paid plan immediately. If you already know you want Voice Clone or YouTube Shorts, there's no reason to wait out the trial period.
We'll notify you immediately and give you a 3-day grace period to update your payment details. During that window your pipeline keeps running. If payment isn't resolved within 3 days, publishing pauses — but your clips and settings are preserved. Everything resumes the moment you update your card.
Security & technical
No. Your clips, captions, and voice samples are used only to operate your pipeline and build your personal Voice Clone profile. They are never shared with other creators or used to train shared models.
Twice after each stream — once when your stream ends, and again 3 hours later to catch any clips that were created late in your session. We only look for clips newer than your last scrape, so there's no redundant processing.
Failed jobs are logged and surfaced in your account dashboard. You can retry a failed post manually, or the pipeline will attempt automatic recovery depending on the failure type. Nothing silently disappears — every failure is tracked and visible.
All account access is protected by authenticated sessions. Sensitive operations — like approving posts or triggering pipeline actions — require an additional server-side authorization check beyond your login. Internal pipeline operations run on a separate secret-based auth model that is never exposed to the browser.
