How PeakClips handles copyright takedown notices and counter-notices.
PeakClips respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes our procedures for responding to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
If you believe that content published through PeakClips infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the content after 10 business days unless the complainant seeks a court order.
PeakClips has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. An account may be terminated after two or more substantiated DMCA complaints.
Twitch clips are short excerpts of streamer-owned broadcasts. If you are a Twitch streamer using PeakClips, you represent that you have the right to distribute clips of your own content. If your broadcast includes licensed music or third-party content, you are responsible for ensuring you have distribution rights. PeakClips is not liable for copyright claims arising from third-party content embedded in your broadcasts.
